1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the relations between Keme EOOD, Ruse 7000, 6 Mutkurova Str., BG201845795, and the users of the e-commerce platform of cressi.bg (“Visitor / s”), available at www.cressi. bg (“E-shop”).

1.4. These General Terms and Conditions of www.cressi.bg are mandatory for all e-shop customers.
1.5. The use of the E-shop by the Customers means that the latter have carefully read these General Terms and Conditions and have agreed to abide by them unconditionally.
1.6. These General Terms and Conditions may be changed unilaterally by Keme EOOD at any time. The changes take effect immediately after their publication on the website of the E-shop and are mandatory for all customers.
1.7. For periods in which promotional campaigns are conducted for specific goods, the special rules of the specific promotional company apply. These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all outstanding issues, unless otherwise provided in the special rules. The promotional campaigns and the period for which they are held will be announced by Keme EOOD on the website of the E-shop, of which the Visitors are considered notified with their publication.
1.8. Customers are obliged to make inquiries about changes in the General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store each time they visit the site.

2. DEFINITIONS
2.1. “Visitor” – any person, user and who manually, through software, technical device or all taken together, has typed the e-mail address in his browser or has reached the E-Shop by redirecting from another website and uses the E-shop on any is a way, including but not limited to viewing it, placing orders through it, buying or performing any other action through it.
2.2. “Customer” – a person, natural or legal, who has entered into a contract for distance purchase with cressi.bg through the e-shop.
2.3. “Cressi.bg” – this is “Keme EOOD, UIC 201845795, with registered office and address of management: Ruse 7000, 6 Mutkurova Str., Which sells or offers for sale goods, and / or concludes a contract of sale from distance with a consumer as part of his commercial or professional activity.
2.4. “Contract / s” – this is the contract concluded at a distance between cressi.bg and the Client for purchase and sale of goods through the Online Store, an integral part of which are these General Terms and Conditions.
2.5. “Goods” – these are the products offered by “cressi.bg” through the e-shop in compliance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act and the E-Commerce Act.
2.6. The “e-shop” / “The platform” – this is the platform for e-commerce of goods offered by Keme Ltd., available on the website www.cressi.bg.
2.7. “User profile” – part of the e-shop, which contains personally identifiable information about the purchased goods and orders placed by a particular customer through the e-shop.
2.8. “Sales price” – the final price per unit or for a certain quantity of goods or services, including value added tax and all additional taxes and fees.

3. RULES FOR USING THE E-SHOP
3.1. The e-shop is an e-commerce platform, available at www.cressi.bg, through which the Clients have the opportunity to conclude contracts for purchase and sale and delivery of goods.
3.2. cressi.bg organizes the delivery of the goods and guarantees the rights of the Client, provided by law, within the framework of good faith, the criteria and conditions adopted in practice, consumer or commercial law.
3.3. The Client concludes a Contract for purchase and sale of the goods offered by the Online Store at the address www.cressi.bg in the ways specified in Art. 4 of these General Terms and Conditions in compliance with the applicable legislation in the field of consumer law.
3.4. The Client and cressi.bg agree that all statements between them in connection with the conclusion and implementation of the Contract may be made electronically and through electronic statements within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act and Art. 11 of the Electronic Commerce Act.
3.5. It is assumed that the electronic statements made by the Customers through the use of the E-shop are made by the persons specified in the data provided by the Clients.
